Training Style/Philosophy:
I value a holistic and efficient approach. I work to inspire others to make physical activity part of their lifestyle by introducing them to a variety of exercises. I think it's important to use training as a venue for learning and teaching clients about the physical activity guidelines.
My Passion for Fitness:
It comes from a variety of things, but most notably how physical activity has the ability to positively impact all other areas of your life. It is one thing to know that the data shows us exercise increases productivity, focus, enhances mood and reduces risk of illness. It is another to see it manifest in the lives of others.
My Proudest Moment with a Client:
Helping a client after a knee replacement surgery regain the strength and range of motion she needed to be able to play with her kids and have the energy to spend Saturday’s at the park!
Favorite Training Tool:
Resistance bands and TRX.
