Yoga

A journey into the fundamentals of yoga. This class is for all fitness levels, it combines breathing techniques with balance and postural exercises. Wonderful for beginners, or for those looking for a basic, yet challenging mind and body workout.

Hatha Yoga

Grounded in the basic roots of yoga, this energizing class will give you the benefit of a gentle slow flowing yoga practice with a light twist, gentle yet deep controlled stretching.

Yoga Flow

Mixed level yoga with an emphasis on individual needs. Flow from one pose to the next in a moving meditation, enhancing the mind, body, and spirit connection.

Power Yoga

For intermediate to advanced fitness levels. This class combines breathing techniques with balance and postural exercises in sequence for a more intense workout. A rigorous workout that develops strength, flexibility, and helps create a lean, total body while keeping students on the move. Power yoga is directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality, and freedom.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle to intermediate level yoga poses that will incorporate stretches, balancing, breathing, and alignment base movements.

Restorative Yoga Stretch

Flow through poses designed to stretch and restore your mind and body. 

Kids Yoga

Kids will have fun while learning the basics of yoga including breathing, form, and technique.

Pilates

For all fitness levels. This class focuses on improving body awareness, flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength for the total body.

Mat Pilates

The mat workout is based on techniques developed by Joseph Pilates which includes concentrated work on core strength, body alignment, and muscular balance.

Pilates with a Resist-A-Ball

This workout combines the disciplines of Resist-A-Ball and Pilates that result in improved core strength, balance, coordination and flexibility through a series of controlled non-impact movements. The added weight and balance challenge of the Resist-A-Ball adds a whole new dimension to Pilates training.

HYDRO-PILATES® 

Non-impact strengthening and stretching movements that require precise breathing and muscle control.

Body Bar Pilates

This is a class for all levels; it is a Yoga/Pilates class to music. 4 weeks same class with a lot of guidance and instruction.

For all fitness levels! This class is a blend of Yoga and Pilates combined.
