Developed in the Field by US Navy Seals, TRX is a workout system that uses gravity and body weight to perform exercises to strengthen your core and increase muscular endurance, while providing a total body workout.

The best thing is that all fitness levels can join in because you’re in control of how much your want to challenge yourself on each exercise! Simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

TRX Training

Suspension Training that uses body-weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.  This is a very effective total body workout.
