YMCA Junior Leadership Dayton (JLD) is a leadership training program for high school juniors sponsored by the YMCA of Greater Dayton, The Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, Wright State University, The Dayton Foundation, and The Frank M. Tait Foundation.

The program is a hands-on learning experience for teens focusing on leadership, teambuilding, group work, community awareness and community service. Approximately 39 students from 17 local schools attend the programs days and retreats. They are from all corners of the community, making a unique and diverse group of promising young leaders.
