Program/Counseling/Training/Evaluation
12 week
If you have never been involved in physical activities or athletics, and/or have been inactive for five years or more or you consider yourself overweight (20 or more pounds) this program is for you. You will meet with one our fitness counselors four times over a 12 week period to gradually introduce you to each
component of exercise.
6 week
This program is intended for the person who considers themselves slightly overweight (less than 20 pounds), has been inactive for less than five years and has a limited fitness history. You will meet with a fitness counselor three times over this 6 week period.
4 week
If you have been inactive for less than a year and need a jump start this program is for you. You will meet with a fitness counselor two times over a 4 week period.
Each Personalized Fitness Program is designed to help you achieve your goals regardless of your current fitness level. There is a program for everyone!
There is no cost to these programs.
Personal Training

Fitness Evaluations
What a great way to start your fitness program. You don’t know where you are going unless you know where you are. A fitness evaluation encompasses: blood pressure, body fat analysis, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness assessment. After your evaluation you will receive a comprehensive report of your test results. Contact your Wellness Director to set up an appointment.

Class Descriptions
Active older Adults
AOA Aerobics
Movement set to music with the goal of improving the cardiovascular system and increasing your energy levels. The class also concentrates on range of motion, balance, strength and flexibility. A chair may be used for balance exercises.
AOA Strength
A class designed for all levels of Active Older Adults. Class is held in the Wellness Center and will include an orientation on how to use strength machines for each muscle group of the body and information, guidelines, and tips on strength training.
AOA Lunch Bunch
Join us for fun, fellowship and interesting topics.
Aerobics
Body Sculpting
A total body conditioning class that will blast your body into shape with muscular and endurance exercises for beginners to advanced participants.
Cardio Kick
For all fitness levels. This class combines basic punches and kicks along with cardio intervals.
Low Impact
Movement set to music from hi/lo to step to improve cardiovascular system, increase your energy level and improve strength and flexibility.
Pilates
Works every muscle in a balanced, efficient and controlled manner. Increases body awareness and flexibility, balance and coordination. Strengthens muscles and corrects postures.
Step & Sculpt
For all fitness levels, combining step with cardiovascular, muscular strength and muscular endurance activities. Exercises use variety of conditioning equipment.
YogaLates
This class combines yoga and pilates. Get a double workout that works every muscle, increases body awareness, reduces stress and improves flexibility.
Yoga
For all levels, this class combines breathing with balance, flexibility and strength postural exercises.
