Camp Kern offering "literary camps"

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Representatives from Camp Kern encouraged 2 News Today viewers to sign up for literary summer camps with some special themes in the works.

The camp has partnered with LucasFilms, Turner Broadcasting and Penguin Publishing. Because of that, the camp offers special themed camps such as Star Wars or Clone Wars camp.

In addition, the camp offers team building, summer camp, family camp, and equestrian center and the Ozone zipline adventure.

Camp Kern is located on 485 beautiful acres in the Little Miami River Valley of Southwestern Ohio. It hosts an estimated 65,000 guests each year for outdoor education and retreats.
