YMCA of Greater Dayton Announces Staff Changes/Promotions

June 26, 2006- The YMCA of Greater Dayton recently announced staff changes and promotions within the organization.

Dale Brunner has been named Vice President of Operations for the YMCA of Greater Dayton. Dale started at the Fairborn YMCA in 1992 as the Youth Sports Director. He was promoted to Associate Executive Director of the Downtown Branch in 1996. Most recently he served as Executive Director and Group Vice President at the Coffman YMCA. Dale and his wife and two children live in Springboro.

Jeff Jaehnen has been named Group Vice President of the YMCA of Greater Dayton. In his new position, he will continue to serve as Executive Director of the Kleptz YMCA in Englewood and will provide supervision to the Preble County and Downtown YMCAs. Jeff has been with the YMCA for six years and served as Associate Executive Director at the Coffman Branch in Springboro before working at the Kleptz YMCA. Prior to coming to Dayton, Jeff served as program director for the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. Jeff lives in Englewood with his wife and two children.

Paul Brough was hired as the Executive Director for the Downtown YMCA. Paul came to the YMCA of Greater Dayton from the Milan Family YMCA in Milan, Tennessee. Paul ran an independent YMCA in West Tennessee and was formerly a vice president at a manufacturing company. He spent 20 years in the U.S. Army. He resides in Dayton with his wife and three children.
